From teens to adults, my workshops are designed to to help participants build inner-trust in their ability to find joy in play and performance.

As a qualified secondary teacher and experienced performer, I bring a specialised blend of practical expertise and thoughtful pedagogy to the classroom. I am able to tailor each workshop to meet the specific needs of your group or, alternatively, you can choose from a selection of tried and tested workshops.

Improvisation and sponteneity for performers

Build skills to improvise on-stage or as a tool to better connect with yourself and others in your performance practice.

Physical theatre

Drawn on the Lecoq theatre pedagogy, discover physical theatre and its related forms including Clown, Mask, Bouffon and physical comedy.

Improv for wellbeing and connection

Remove the pressure of performing, and focus on the play. Whether it's learning to trust yourself more, building connections with others, or just needing an outlet to laugh and be silly - there is a place for you in this workshop. Suited to secondary students or for team building, I can tailor this workshop to the needs and goals of the group.

Movement-based improvisation

Based on the training and performance tools of award-winning theatre company Born in a Taxi, this form blends the line between dance and theatre. But don't let your two left feet put you off! Learn to find joy in the gentle curiosity of movement. Designed for all abilities and experience levels.
